Obama is going to win so nothing else matters. The only important thing you understand is that the next four years is going to be the worst years in American history!

It is up to the candidate. They can keep it to use in their own future campaigns, donate it to charity or give it to the DNC/RNC. There was an article about this on Slate.com

McCain said his left over funds would be going to Charity.

Obama will spend it either way on a 30 minute commerical thanking you for your donations on “all” networks during the super bowel. Maybe he will include a auction of campaign stuff.

Well, it depends. If you got you money like McCain did then some candidates give it back to the party to be used by other candidates. Some candidates use it to support other races and candidates in their party. Some establish PACs. It’s really up to the candidate.
Now if you just do the private funding like Obama did and no one really knows how much he has. It is his to keep if he wins or loses. Fair. Not really.
That is why I am voting for McCain. Obama is keeping too many secrets.
