If he loses, will McCain supporters ever admit that running a terrible campaign was the main reason?

Face it, McCain’s campaign was pretty much doomed from day one.

It was under-funded, under-manned, and poorly executed.

If he loses, will McCain supporters accept the fact that it was due to poor campaigning?

Thoughts?

Why has the McCain campaign placed a possible VP of this Nation in a “CONE OF SILENCE”?

The VP or possible president of a free world is prohibited from talking to the people or the press? How can a campaign operate as it we were in a dictatorship. Is this how the McCain presidency will be? A dictator in America? I see this only in third world countries.

Is removing campaign signs from the private property of another against the law?

I have a friend who displays campaign signs in his yard and they have been stolen or removed several times. There are no neighborhood restrictions that would come into play and the signs are placed well out of the public right-of-way that borders the street. He asked a police officer if this was a crime and they told him that it wasn’t. Is this correct?

What return on investment should I expect from an advertising campaign?

What is the industry rule of thumb as to amount of sles brought in per dollar spent on advertising? We use discount codes to track redemption, with print it is pretty easy and we hope to bring in more revenue than the ad cost. But with radio it is much harder to tell. We say a discount word on air that people can enter on our website to try and track, but I cant tell if the dollars were well spent. What is the typical percent of ad costs that should be recouped from a radio campaign? Thanks
