I want to purchase campaign materials in bulk from one of the presidential campaigns and was wondering what laws, if any, restricted me from selling the merchandise. I will be selling it at the same price as the campaign.

I’ve always wondered what happens to campaign contributions once a candidate drops out of a political race, particularly the presidential races, where quite literally hundreds of millions of dollars have been raised across all campaigns. Do the candidates just keep it? do they return it to candidates? is it handed over to their respective national parties?

The latest ABC Poll showed a dramatic leap for Obama. He is leading by 52% versus 43% for McCain. This poll reflects Americans are more confident Obama is the one to lead our economy. Today McCain made a cowardly move and decided to end his campaign despite the fact he has not been in Washington for months. Even more dramatic he wants to end the president and vice president debate. Does this act scream desperation to you?

I want to run for the Tennessee State House of Representatives as an independant candidate in 2008. I already have the necessary information regarding nomination petitions, campaign finance, etc. I am looking for a good reference to help me organize everything while keeping costs to a very minimum. Very grassroots oriented.

I have a peer who is currently only seventeen and has been making phone calls for the Hillary Clinton campaign. We live in Kentucky and I believe the law (perhaps national or state, not sure which) is that minors can’t make phone calls for a candidate but I can’t find any legislature online to back this.
Any help?
No no, he is making calls under the Hillary campaign. As in the actual Hillary campaign is sending him the numbers to call out. It’s illegal
Really. In this state, it is illegal for a minor to work under a campaign and be paid for it.

Yes, I know Bruce Willis is not running for president but I need a good campaign slogan for a project.
I’m thinking “Live Free or Die Hard” because of the movie he played in but does that even make sense?
Or do you have any ideas that kind of relate or at least make sense?

My company is shortly launching an aggressive media campaign across TV, radio, print-media and outdoor hoardings and I am extremely excited about it.
I feel a part a very responsible organisation now.
How did you feel when similar thing happened to you?
US presidential elections is more exciting than ever. I was wondering if due to some unforeseen circumstance that one of the candidates cannot campaign , what becomes of the election?

How do I campaign for more continental philosophy at my college?
So most colleges in the USA including mine are strictly within the analytical school. Now I realize that they have made some great contributions to logic, but why should philosophy departments be dominated by those who believe that the whole history of philosophy is a bunch of fools. And since there are so few schools in the Phenomonology tradition, its a good way to get recognition for the college.
I’ve seen students advocate for departmental changes based on political issues, so perhaps it could be done over philosophy?
Does anyone have advice on where to start?
For example John Edwards raised about 57 million dollars and quit the campaign after a short time.
If there was some money left, what do they do with it?Do they just put it in their pocket?
